Ten Modes of Aenesidemus.

Skepticism is a belief that you should doubt what is considered dogma[1] and common sense. Skepticism comes from Phyrrhonism, which is a belief made by Pyrrho of Elis. Both beliefs suggests suspension of judgement when it comes to ethic decisions such as remaining in a neutral position to the claim. When the belief of Pyrrhonism wasn't as popular, Aenesidemus revived his teachings. One of the ways he did this was the ten modes of Aenesidemus[2]. Some people who believe in this attitude to knowledge view it as a way of life, for it supposedly brings peace and happiness when you suspend judgement.
